The state has a lot of unbridged gaps on its road network. It is proposed to take up for construction on priority basis. These unbridged gaps some other are:-
- Bridge on Nala Rana Kundahat Dumka Bridge on Dumka, Masalia Road.
- Bridge on river Jumar in 9th Km of Ranchi Patratu Road.
- Murli Bridge on Ranchi - Tatisilwai road.
- Bridge on river Atki on Jama - Jamtara Raod.
- Bridge on river Bhurbhuri on in Dumka - Hansdiha road.
- Bridge on river Baitrani on Chaibasa - Jaigarh road.
- Bridge on river Basnoi on Pakur - Maheshpur.
- Bridge on river Gumaui on Paltha - Durgapur road.
- Bridge on river Barakar on the border of Dhanbad and Dumka.
The ongoing work of widening and strengthening of Chas-Chandankiyari-Raghunathpur road in Dhanbad district and H.L. Bridge on gowai river on the same road is to be completed in the next two years.
A plan outlay of Rs. 96.8 crores has been earmarked in the new roads and bridges and 60.00 crores on the on-going schemes of roads and bridegs. A sum of Rs. 14.0 crores has been earmarked for centrally sponsored.
A sum of Rs. 2.0 crores has been earmarked in the plan outlay for construction of Railway Over Bridge (ROB)
There is a plan to include construction of ROB at :
- Chakardharpur on Ranchi-Chaibasa road
- Namkom, Ranchi on Ranchi-Jamshedpur road
- Dibdih on Argora Bypass, Ranchi over Lohardage line.
