Under this, in the non Operation Flood areas, hilly & backward areas, Integrated Dairy Development Programme (IDDP) is implemented on 100% central grant basis with a view to boost milk production in these areas and to bring them at par with the Operaton Flood areas.

In the year 2003-04, a Project Proposal of Rs.932.11 lakhs was been prepared for Ranchi, East Singbhum and Saraikela-Kharsawan districts was been submitted under IDDP to Government of India (GOI), which is yet to be approved by GOI.

A total sum of Rs.325.00 lakh is proposed for IDDP Project in 3 districts of Ranchi, East Singhbhume & Saraikela-Kharsawan in the year 2004-05.
